In a Better Place, Inc - Project Kidz Kamp will create an enviornment of love, joy and pure happiness for physically and mentally disabled children to escape from their stuctured settings. On the exterior, you will find a state of the art camping facility that offers enriching and theraputical activities designed for children of all disability levels. When you take a closer, more personal look, you will see & hear the smiles and laughter and recognize those as the true results of our mission.
All of our staff and volunteers will be certified and trained professionally to better suite their roles. In A Better Place, Inc has secured professional partnerships to provide ongoing daily support to the staff, counselors and children. We will enlist the volunteered services of mental health and physical therapists. Everyone involved with Kidz Kamp will embrace the children with unconditional love and teach them how to live stronger, happier and more fun-filled lives. Medical research has taught us that a positive enviornment and atmosphere are key to early childhood development. Kidz Kamp will provide this enviornment and beyond, resulting in healthier, more secure and most important of all, happier children.
Our programs will nourish and grow their self-esteem, physical abilities and spiritual morale. The daily schedule will include endless activities ranging from skilled and educational to just good old fun. All of our actiivites will be skillfully designed by specialists with love and care at heart, completed with a touch of nature.
